What kochi.rent is

kochi.rent is a free notice board for rentals in Kochi. We are not a broker, agent, or party to any rental agreement. Ads are written by users, and we don't verify listings, prices, or the people behind them — meet, inspect, and verify before paying anyone anything.

Posting rules

• Post only genuine rental ads for properties in and around Kochi.
• No spam, duplicates, scams, misleading prices, or discriminatory content.
• You are responsible for what you post and for keeping your private manage link safe — anyone with the link can edit or delete your ad.
• We may remove any ad and rate-limit or block abusive use at our discretion.

Contacting posters

When you message a poster, your email address is shared with them so they can reply — see the Privacy Policy. Use contact details only to discuss the ad; harvesting emails or sending unsolicited mail is prohibited.

No warranties

The service is provided as-is, free of charge, with no guarantees of availability or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, kochi.rent is not liable for any loss arising from ads, contacts, or transactions between users.
